The Insider

The insider is an adjustable arm with an 18” x 18” square pad attached. When positioned properly, the edge of the pad is approximately 3- to 4-inches from the right shoulder. This pad forces the golfer’s hands to travel on the correct path both on the backswing and downswing.

    The Insider is designed with the objective to not hit it during the entire swing. This is very effective in stopping the most common swing fault, the over the top or outside-to-inside swing path.
