Post Impact Bar

The Post Impact Bar can be used for swings that move too much out to the right or when a swing needs to move more to the left after impact. By placing the foam end of the bar in the proper position, the player will either try to miss the foam – in the case of needing to swing more left after impact – or touch the foam if they are trying to learn to swing more out to the right. This piece is very important for influencing the hand path in the follow-through.
